精油是自天然植物中萃取得到的濃縮精華,能有效幫助身心,
例如以按摩、泡澡、薰香等方式應用,達到舒緩壓力、改善睡眠等效果

我們上班外出時候少不免舟車勞頓,
有時仲會暈車浪、水土不服 😕😖

一起 DIY 以下各種配方,
利用天然精油舒緩絕大部分都市人的都市病,
溫和安全方便,比長期依賴藥物更好 👍

 

Essential oils are concentrated essences extracted from natural plants.
They can be used through massage, bathing, and aromatherapy to relieve stress, improve sleep, etc.

When commuting or traveling, we inevitably experience fatigue, and sometimes even motion sickness or travel-related ailments 😕😖

Let's DIY some recipes below,
using natural essential oils to alleviate most of the urban ailments common to city dwellers,

gentle, safe, and convenient, and better than long-term reliance on medication 👍

 

1.  暈車暈船時 Carsick, seasick

薄荷精油(孕婦忌用)
Sparemint Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

迷迭香精油(孕婦忌用)
Rosemary Essential Oil   - 3 滴 Drops

天竺葵玫瑰精油(孕婦忌用)
Rose Geranium Essential Oil   -
2 滴 Drops

有機黃金荷荷芭油
Jojoba Oil (Organic)   - 10ml

使用方法 How to use:
出門前 或 出現暈車暈船狀態時塗抹在手腕或太陽穴上
Apply to wrists or temples before going out or when experiencing motion sickness.

 

2.  頭痛時 Headache

澳洲尤加利精油(孕婦忌用)
Eucalyptus Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

迷迭香精油(孕婦忌用)
Rosemary Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

澳洲堅果油 
Macadamia Nuts Oil   - 10ml

使用方法 How to use:
混合後可取適量塗抹在太陽穴
After mixing, apply an appropriate amount to the temples.

 

3.  失眠時 Insomnia

真正薰衣草精油(孕婦忌用)
True Lavender Essential Oil   - 3 滴 Drops

羅馬洋甘菊精油 
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

純水
Purified Water   - 50ml

使用方法 How to use:
混合後可直接噴灑在房間
After mixing, spray directly into the room.

 

4.  肩頸酸痛時 Shoulder, neck pain

羅馬洋甘菊精油 
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

真正薰衣草精油(孕婦忌用)
True Lavender Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

迷迭香精油(孕婦忌用)
Rosemary Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

檸檬香茅精油 
Lemongrass Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

天竺葵玫瑰精油(孕婦忌用)
Rose Geranium Essential Oil   - 6 滴 Drops

榛果油 
Hazelnut Oil   - 30ml

使用方法 How to use:
混合後可取適量滴在痠痛處按摩
After mixing, apply an appropriate amount to the sore area and massage.

 

5.  足部腫脹時 Swollen Feet

真正薰衣草精油(孕婦忌用)
True Lavender Essential Oil   - 6 滴 Drops

檸檬香茅精油 
Lemongrass Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

絲柏精油
Cypress Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

雪松精油
Cedarwood Essential Oil   - 5 滴 Drops

白葡萄柚精油 
White Grapefruit Essential Oil   - 6 滴 Drops

葡萄籽油
Grapeseed Oil   - 30ml

使用方法 How to use:
混合後可取適量滴在小腿推壓按摩,再把腿抬高至心臟以上約 2-5分鐘
After mixing, apply an appropriate amount to the calves and massage, then raise the legs above the heart for about 2-5 minutes.

 

6.  便秘時 Constipation

甜馬鬱蘭精油 
Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

甜橙精油
Orange Sweet Essential Oil   - 3 滴 Drops

苦橙葉精油
Petitgrain Essential Oil   - 3 滴 Drops

甜杏仁油
Sweet Almond Oil   - 10ml

使用方法 How to use:
混合後可取適量滴在腹部,順時針按摩 5分鐘
After mixing, apply an appropriate amount to the abdomen and massage clockwise for 5 minutes.

 

7.  心情欠佳時 In a bad mood

甜馬鬱蘭精油
Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

雪松精油 
Cedarwood Essential Oil   - 1 滴 Drops

甜橙精油
Orange Sweet Essential Oil   - 2 滴 Drops

紙巾 或 熱水一杯
tissues or a cup of hot water

使用方法 How to use:
混合精油後,可滴在紙巾上或熱水中聞
After mixing the essential oils, you can put a few drops on a tissue or in hot water and smell it.
