材料

材料之保存期限系指未開封並儲存通風陰涼處，避免失去活性、發霉… 等問題.

植物油 1ml 不等於 1g，油的比重約0.85 - 0.9，1000ml 植物油約為 850g - 900g。

植物性未精製材料有可能因批次不一，顏色及氣味會有少量差異。如介意此差異，建議選購已精製材料。

Materials

The shelf life of the materials refers to unopened products stored in a cool, well-ventilated place to prevent loss of activity and mold.

1ml of vegetable oil does not equal to 1g. The specific gravity of oil is approximately 0.85-0.9, and 1000ml of vegetable oil is approximately 850g-900g.

Unrefined plant-based materials may have slight variations in color and odor due to batch differences. If you are concerned about this difference, we recommend purchasing refined materials.

保存期限

保存期限為未開封之保存日期，開封後請盡速用完，出貨 7 天內開封發現有油耗味，請立即告知退換貨，如經使用後才發現有油耗味，則屬個人保存不良，恕不退換貨。

產品請置於室溫 25℃ 以下，陰涼、通風、乾燥處儲存。每次使用後請擦拭瓶口內外多餘油脂，並鎖緊瓶蓋，否則會縮短保存期限。

Shelf Life

The expiry date means the shelf life of the material under the condition of the bottle or packaging unopened. Once opened, please use as soon as possible. If a rancid smell is realized within 7 days of opening, please inform us immediately for a return or exchange. If a rancid smell is realized after use, it is due to improper storage and no return or exchange will be accepted.

Store the product in a cool, ventilated, and dry place below 25℃. After each use, wipe off any excess oil inside and outside the bottle opening and tighten the cap.

有關換貨

所有於門市及網店購買（即已確認的訂單）的產品，均不設退款。

所有產品未開封，如因個人理由需換貨，收貨後請於 7 天內寄回（郵費自行承擔）/ 帶到本公司處理，換貨來回的郵費需由客人自行負責。

每張訂單只可辦理一次退貨或更換手續。

Regarding exchanges:

All products purchased from our physical stores and online (i.e., confirmed orders) are non-refundable.

All products must be unopened. If you require an exchange for personal reasons, please return the item to our company within 7 days of receipt (postage at your own expense) or bring it in for processing. Return postage for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Each order can only be processed for one return or exchange.
